Roden Iron, Inc. has been awarded WBE (Women Business Entrepreuner's) certification.

Roden Iron, Inc. has been chosen as one of the finalists in the Upsize Minnesota Magazine's 2008 Growth Challenge. 
As a finalists, Kelly Roden met with area professionals and business owners to discuss three areas of need for advice as a growing company.  After meeting with the professionals and receiving advice, all three finalists then go back and take the advice and work it into their business plan for three months.  At the end of May, all participants gather together to review what actions were taken by each of the finalists.  In June, a breakfast presentation by each of the finalists will be completed and the audience is asked to vote for a winner.  The winner of the Upsize Growth Challenge 2008 will be featured in the August 2008 issue.
