Brian Roden
As an owner/operator, Brian works in the field as a foreman and manages our fleet.  A certified welder, he is an active ironworker for with the Local Ironworker' s Union 512. Brian grew up and worked on the family dairy farm in Albertville, MN and after high school, went to work in the oil fields in Montana and Wyoming for True Drilling for over 10 years as a roughneck and as a lead driller on a geo-thermal well in Hawaii. After returning to Minnesota, he worked as a laborer for Spancrete/Hanson, learning the concrete panel industry from leading foremen. Brian enjoys snowmobiling, ice fishing, raising beef, horses, John Deere tractors and spending time with his family.

Kelly Roden
Kelly manages the company's office and oversees the preparation of bids.  She holds a BA in Business Administration from Bethel College and is finishing up her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Kelly's background includes working for a family owned giftware company in various positions including; accounting, payroll, customer service and sales. She also worked for SUPERVALU corporate as an e-Commerce specialist.  She is president of StrategicSEO, Inc. a company she started in 2002.  The company does internet marketing for over 200 clients worldwide and employs five people.  Kelly enjoys reading, reality TV, Ebay, horses, camping, ice fishing, and spending time with Brian and their four boys. 

Sylvia Kaspar-Trebesch
As Administrative Assistant, Syliva is responsible for many administrative duties at our office including typing, filing, research/marketing and changes to our website.  Sylvia enjoys history, baking and reading.
