Roden Iron has a strong commitment to the safety of our employees, from the owners and foreman, to every employee. It is a critical part of our culture and an intergral part of our daily routine. We approach safety with employee training and involvement.

One of the main keys to our success is involving all levels of employees in our safety program. In fact, the open and honest communication we enjoy with our employees, due to their trust in our commitment to safety, is the  greatest asset in our safety program. We have also placed no restrictions on obtaining the necessary safety equipment needed to protect our employees.
